Internal Gear and Transfer Drive Gear Set Assembly

DISASSEMBLY





1. Remove the snap ring from the rear end of the output flange.





2. Using special tools (09457 - 22000, 09455 - 33200) or equivalents, remove bearings (2 pieces) and transfer drive gear from the output flange.





3. Using special tools (09457 - 22000, 09522 - 31000) or equivalents, remove the drive gear inner bearing.





4. Remove the snap ring, and separated the internal gear from the output flange.

ASSEMBLY





1. Using special tool (09455 - 33200) or equivalent, press the ball bearing and transfer drive gear onto the output flange.

CAUTION: Replace the output flange and transfer drive gear a set.

2. Install the transfer drive gear in the proper direction noting the groove in the side surface.





3. Install the ball bearing with special tool (09455 - 33200) or equivalent.





4. Select the thickness snap ring that can be installed in the groove.

Standard value: 0-0.09 mm
