INSPECTION





1. Check for damage or cracking.
2. Using a straight edge and feeler gauge, check for cylinder head mating surface distortion.

Standard value: 0.15 mm (0.006 or less inch)
Limit: 0.3 mm (0.012 or less inch)





3. Check for flaking or damage of the gasket.
