2001 XG300 CHANGE OF POWER SEAT FUSE CAPACITY

Early production XG300 vehicles were produced with under-capacity power seat fuses that may open if more than two seat motors are operated at the same time. Vehicles produced after December 11, 2000 have a higher capacity fuse.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

If a vehicle experiences this condition, replace the 15 amp power seat fuse with a 25 amp fuse.

NOTE:
The power seat fuse is number 1, located in the bottom right corner of the passenger compartment fuse panel, under the driver's side dash.
