Latch and Outside Handle

1. Remove the rear door trim, door trim seal.
2. Remove the glass and regulator.




3. After loosening the safety lock rod cover mounting screws(2EA), remove the safety lock rod cover using a remover.




4. Disconnect the actuator connector and loosen the latch mounting screws(3EA).

TORQUE : 8 - 11 Nm (80 - 110 kgcm, 6 - 8 lb-ft)




5. Loosen the latch mounting screws.




6. Loosen the outside handle mounting bolts(2EA), disconnect the rod, and then remove the latch and outside handle.

TORQUE : 8 - 12 Nm (80 - 120 kgcm, 6 - 9 lb-ft)




7. Installation is the reverse of removal.
