Trim Panel: Service and Repair

Interior Trim:

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

NOTE: Prior to removing the trim, remove the outside weatherstrip.

FRONT PILLAR TRIM




Remove the front pillar trim using a trim remover.

FRONT DOOR SCUFF TRIM




1. After disengaging the trim mounting clips, remove the front door scuff trim.
2. Installation is the reverse of removal.

COWL SIDE TRIM
1. Remove the front door scuff trim.




2. After disengaging the cowl side trim mounting clip, remove the cowl side trim.
3. Installation is the reverse of removal.

CENTER PILLAR LOWER TRIM
1. Remove the front door scuff trim.




2. After removing the front seat belt lower anchor bolt and clip, remove the center pillar lower trim.
3. Installation is the reverse of removal.

CENTER PILLAR UPPER TRIM
1. Remove the front door scuff trim.
2. Remove the center pillar lower trim




3. Remove the front seat belt upper anchor cover, loosen the anchor mounting bolt, and remove the center pillar upper trim.
4. Installation is the reverse of removal.

COVERING SELF TRIM




1. Detach the mounting wire, remove the covering self trim by pulling it upward.
2. Installation is the reverse of removal.

REAR TRANSVERSE TRIM
1. Remove the covering self trim.
2. Remove the luggage cover mat.




3. After loosening the transverse trim mounting screws(3EA), remove the transverse trim.
4. Installation is the reverse of removal.

LUGGAGE REAR TRIM
1. Remove the rear transverse trim.




2. After loosening the luggage rear trim mounting screws(2EA), remove the luggage rear trim.

LUGGAGE SIDE TRIM




1. Raise the rear seat.
2. Remove the luggage cover mat.
3. Remove the rear transverse trim.
4. Remove the wheel house trim.




5. Remove the screws, clips and then luggage side trim.
6. Installation is the reverse of removal.

REAR PILLAR TRIM




1. Remove the rear pillar trim using a trim remover.
2. Installation is the reverse of removal.

SUNVISOR




1. Loosen the sunvisor mounting screws (2EA) and holder mounting screw, then remove the sunvisor and holder.
2. Installation is the reverse of removal.

GRAB HANDLE
1. Peel both grab handle covers, loosen the 2 mounting bolts and remove the grab handle.




2. Installation is the reverse of removal.
