Glass and Regulator

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Remove the rear door inside handle housing.






2. Remove the door trim panel by using a trim panel remover.






3. Disconnect the power window switch and the door courtesy lamp connector.






4. Remove the door pull handle mounting bracket, door inside handle and door trim seal.






5. Remove the door glass stopper catch.






NOTE: Does not remove the door glass stopper if you don't want to change the door glass.

6. Remove the carrier plate mounting bolts from the door regulator channel and remove the door glass.






7. Remove the door regulator after removing the mounting bolts.






8. Remove the rear door front channel.






9. Remove the rear door belt outside weatherstrip.






10. Loosen the door lock actuator mounting bolts and remove the latch assembly.






11. Remove the door outside handle mounting bolts.






12. Remove the door checker and door assembly after loosening the door mounting bolts.






13. Installation is the reverse of removal.

CAUTION: When installing the door trim seal, butyl tape should not be placed over door trim fastener mounting area.
