Removal and Installation

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Remove the front door scuff trim and rear door scuff trim.









2. Remove the center pillar lower trim.






3. Remove the front seat belt upper anchor mounting bolt and pry loose the center pillar upper trim.






Tightening torque:
Front seat belt upper anchor mounting bolt: 40 - 55 Nm (400 - 550 kg.cm, 29 - 40 lb.ft)

4. Remove the cowl side trim.






5. Pry loose the front pillar trim with a flat-bladed screwdriver.






6. To remove the rear package tray trim, first remove the following parts :
1. Rear seat cushion
2. Rear seat back
3. Luggage partition trim
4. High mounting stop lamp
5. Rear pillar trim






7. Pry loose the rear pillar trim with a flat-bladed screwdriver.






8. To remove the headliner first remove the following parts :
1. Front and rear roof assist handle
2. Map lamp, room lamp, overhead console lamp
3. Sun visor and sun visor retainer
4. Front pillar trim, center pillar trim, rear pillar trim.






9. Installation is the reverse of removal.
