Front Brake Disc Thickness Check
FRONT BRAKE DISC THICKNESS CHECK1. Remove all rust and contamination from the surface, and measure the disc thickness at 12 points, at least, of same distance (5 mm) front the brake disc outer circle.

26.0 mm (1.024 inch) - 2.4L
28.0 mm (1.10 inch) - 3.3L
Limit
24.4 mm (0.961 inch) - 2.4L
26.4 mm (1.04 inch) - 3.3L
2. Thickness variation should not exceed 0.005 mm (0.0002 inch) (circumference) and 0.01 mm (0.0004 inch) (radius) at any directions.
3. If wear exceeds the limit, replace the discs and pad assembly left and right of the vehicle.
