Replacement

Front Seat Belt Replacement

CAUTION:
- When installing the belt, make sure not to damage the pretensioner.

1. Disconnect the battery negative cable, and wait for at least three minutes before beginning work.
2. Remove the following items fist.
A. Front seat assembly.
B. Door scuff trim.
3. After raise the lower anchor cover (A), loosen the lower anchor mounting bolt (B).
* Bolt, 4.0 - 5.5 kgf.m (39.2 - 53.9 N.m, 28.9 - 39.8 lbf.ft)




4. Remove the center pillar lower trim.
5. Remove the center pillar upper trim.
6. Remove the upper anchor (A).
7. After disconnecting the pretensioner connector lock pin, Loosen the mounting bolt, then remove the pretensioner (C).
* Bolt, 4.0 - 5.5 kgf.m (39.2 - 53.9 N.m, 28.9 - 39.8 lbf.ft)





Rear Seat Belt Replacement

CAUTION:
- When installing the belt, make sure not to damage the pretensioner.

1. Remove the following items first.
A. Rear seat assembly.
B. Rear door scuff trim.
C. Rear filler trim.
2. Remove the lower anchor (A).
3. After loosening the retractor (C) mounting bolt,remove the rear seat belt (B).
* Bolt, 4.0 - 5.5 kgf.m (39.2 - 53.9 N.m, 28.9 - 39.8 lbf.ft)
