Replacement

Seat Cushion Cover Replacement
1. Remove front seat assembly.
2. Remove the scuff band.
3. After disconnect the protector (B) from the cushion frame assembly, disconnect the connector (A).




4. Separate seat cushion trim cover (A) and seat
cushion foam (B).




5. After removing the hogring clip (A) on the front of seat cushion trim cover then and remove the seat cushion trim cover (C).

CAUTION:
When removing the hogring clip, remove the hogring clip while pressing the wire so as not to separate the wire from the foam.




6. Installation is the reverse of removal.

NOTE:
- Be sure to perform PODS re-zero with Hi-scan (pro) after replacing parts (passengers).

NOTE:
- To prevent wrinkles, make sure the material is stretched evenly over the over (A) before
securing the hogring clips (B)
- Replace the hogring clips with new ones using special tool (C).
