B1233 In-Car Temperature Sensor Short (Low) - Scantool Diagnostics

Monitor Scantool data

1. Connect scantool with diagnostic connector.
2. Warm up the engine to normal engine temperature after engine starts.
3. Select and monitor "In-car temperature sensor 1" parameter.




Fig.1) Parameter of "IN-CAR TEMP. SENSOR1" will be fixed at 77 °F (25 °C), if there is any fault in IN-CAR SENSOR.
4. Is the In-car temperature sensor normal?
