Terminal and Connector Inspection

1. Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness and terminals.
Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
2. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
3. Has a problem been found?






Signal Circuit Inspection

1. IG KEY "ON".
2. To set sound is out by Navigation, FA/AM radio and etc.
3. Measure voltage between terminal (+) of front doors (RH, LH) of Amplifier and chassis ground.
4. Measure voltage between terminal (-) of front doors (RH, LH) of Amplifier and chassis ground.
5. Measure voltage between terminal (+) of rear (RH, LH) door of Amplifier and chassis ground.
6. Measure voltage between terminal (-) of rear (RH, LH) door of Amplifier and chassis ground.

Specification : 5.8 - 6.1 V








7. Is the measured waveform within specifications?
