Repair Procedures

Removal

[Front Seat]
1. Remove the front seat assembly.

2. Remove the seat back cover(A).




3. Disconnect the TED connector (A).




4. Remove the climate duct and blower (A) after loosening screw and removing fixing clips.

[Back]





[Cushion]




5. Remove the front climate control unit (A) after loosening the screws and connectors.





[Rear Seat]
1. Remove the rear seat assembly.

2. Remove the rear seal frame.

3. Disconnect the TED connector (A).




4. Remove the climate blower and duct (A) after loosening the fixing clips and screws.




5. Remove the climate control unit (A) after loosening the mounting screws.






Installation

[Front Seat]
1. Install the connectors and climate control unit.
2. Install the climate duct and blower.
3. Install the seat back cover.
4. Install the seat assembly and seat track cover.

[Rear Seat]
1. Install the climate control unit.
2. Install the climate blower and duct.
3. Install the rear seat frame.
4. Install the rear seat assembly.

Inspection

1. If the fan is abnormal after checking the connector (A), replace the climate control blower.
