B1622 ECU Software Error - Component Inspection

Component inspection

1. Connect scantool to Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. Engine "ON" and Head lamp"ON"
3. Clear the DTC
4. Ignition "OFF"
5. Engine "ON" and Head lamp"ON"
6. Connect scantool and select "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs)" mode and Read "DTC Status" parameter.
7. Is the DTC B1621 present?





* REFERENCE*
Download correct parameter When ECU replace.
In case of not supplied to Air-suspension vehicle, perform the initialization after downloading correct parameter.
* Vehicle condition
1. CAN communication is normal status
2. Vehicle speed ≤ 5 km/h
3. Engine r.p.m > 500 rpm
4. Connect scan-tool
5. CAN communication is normal status
6. Battery voltage > 10.5 V
7. Headlamp S/W ON, AFLS ON
1 Select the Parameter Download




2 Select the Parameter Download.








3 Select the CALIBRATION (W/O ECS)




4 Clear "DTC"
5 Confirm the Headlamp movement through the Actuation Test.




6 Confirm the "DTC" and "Service data"
