U0001 High Speed CAN Communication Bus off - Component Inspection

Component Inspection

Check CAN communication waveform generation
1. IG "OFF" and disconnect CAN communication modules.(ECM, TCM, ESC, Instrument Cluster, AFLS ECU, EPB ECU, Steering angle sensor. SCC ECU, EHPS ECU.)
2. Connect 2 channel scope to DLC CAN HIGH terminal and CAN LOW terminal.
3. IG KEY "ON" after connecting only ECM to CAN BUS.
(IG KEY "ON" after connecting only "the Control Module(s) to be checked" to CAN BUS.)

Specification : At Ignition "ON", the waveform is same as the one of "Signal Waveform & Data".

4. Is the measured resistance within specification?
