Hazard Warning Switch: Service and Repair

Inspection

Hazard Lamp Switch
1. Remove the center fascia panel.

2. Disconnect the switch from the center fascia panel.




3. Operate the switch and check for continuity between terminals.






Removal

1. Disconnect the negative(-) battery terminal.
2. Remove the crash pad garnish.

3. Remove the center fascia panel (B) with hazard lamp switch (A).




4. Disconnect the hazard lamp switch connector (A) and heater control unit connector (B).






Installation

1. Install the hazard lamp switch.
2. Install the center fascia panel.
3. Install the crash pad garnish.
