Monitor Scantool data

1. Connect scantool to Data Link Connector(DLC).
2. IGN "ON" & Engine "OFF"
3. Monitor the "KEY STATUS", "SMARTRA STATUS" and "ECU STATUS' Parameter on the Scantool.
