Terminal and Connector Inspection
1. Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness and terminals.
Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
2. Thoroughly check all connectors (and connections) for looseness, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, and/or damage.
3. Has a problem been found?

CAN communication Line Inspection 1
1. IG key "OFF".
2. Connect all of control module connector
3. Measure resistance between DLC connector terminal No.3 and No11
Specification :About 60 Ohms
4. Is the measured resistance within specification?
CAN communication Line Inspection 2
1. IG key "OFF".
2. Disconnect all of control module connector
3. Measure resistance between ECM connector and cluster terminal
Specification :About 120 Ohms
4. Is the measured resistance within specification?
Check CAN Line
Check short to CAN power supply line
1. IG key "OFF".
2. Disconnect all of control module connector
3. IG "ON".
4. Measure resistance between CAN High and chassis ground.
5. Measure resistance between CAN Low and chassis ground.
Specification :0 Ohms
Check short to CAN ground line
1. IG key "OFF".
2. Disconnect all of control module connector
3. IG "ON".
4. Measure resistance between CAN High and chassis ground.
5. Measure resistance between CAN Low and chassis ground.
Specification :∽Ohms(infinity)
6. Is the measured resistance within specification?
