General Description

Several control units are applied to electronically controlled vehicles. These units perform each control with informations from various sensors. Thus, sharing signal information from sensors is needed, so CAN
communication type whose communication speed is high and insensitive to electrical noise by spark generation is adopted to controlling unit(engine, atutomatic transaxle, ABS, ECS, EHPS etc)
With sharing signals of engine speed, vehicle speed and steering wheel position through CAN communication, the MPU(Motor Pump Unit) controls a vehicle actively.

DTC Description

The MPU sets this code if the engine speed signals from ECM are too low or abnormal engine speed signals are received.
