Terminal and Connector Inspection

1. Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness and terminals.
Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
2. Thoroughly check all connectors (and connections) for looseness, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, and/or damage.
3. Has a problem been found?






CAN communication Line Inspection

Short to line Inspection
1. IG key "OFF".
2. Disconnect ISP ECU and LDWS connector.
3. Measure resistance between terminal of IAP ECU-CAN HIGH and terminal of LDWS ECU-HIGH signal harness connector
4. Measure resistance between terminal of IAP ECU-CAN LOW and terminal of LDWS ECU-LOW signal harness connector

Specification :Below approx. 1Ohms




5. Is the measured resistance normally?
