General Description

Intelligent Accel Pedal deliver torque generated by DC motor to accelerator pedal through gear. If the gear is damaged, Intelligent Accel Pedal malfunction because it can not deliver DC motor's torque to accelerator pedal. When alarm turns on/off, ECU stops operating by monitoring damaged gear.

DTC Description

Intelligent Accel Pedal ECU stores C2243 error code, when damaged gear inside the accelerator pedal can not transfer normally DC motor's power to accelerator pedal.
