P2294 Fuel Pressure Regulator 2 Control Circuit - Scantool Diagnostics

Monitor GDS Data

1. Connect GDS to DLC(Data Link Cable).
2. Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature.
3. Monitor "FPS" parameter on GDS








Fig.1) Normal "Fuel Rail Pressure" parameters at idle.
Fig.2) Normal "Fuel Rail Pressure" parameter at acceleration and deceleration.
Check for variation of the fuel pressure during acceleration and deceleration.
Check for operation of the low and high pressure pump during fuel rail pressure being changed.
4. Is the "FPS" parameter displayed correctly?
