Replacement

Rear Seat Assembly Replacement [6:4]
1. Remove the seat cushion (A).




2. Loosen the mounting bolts, then remove the rear seat back (A).

Tightening torque :
16.7 - 25.5 N.m (1.7 - 2.6 kgf.m, 12.3 - 18.8 lb-ft)




3. Disconnect the connector (A).




4. Push the hook, disconnect the main connector (A).




5. Loosen the mounting bolts, then disconnect the connector (A).
6. Remove the side seat (B).




7. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Rear Seat Assembly Replacement [5:5]
1. Remove the rear seat cushion (A).




2. After loosening the mounting bolts, then remove the rear seat back (A).

Tightening torque :
16.7 - 25.5 N.m (1.7 - 2.6 kgf.m, 12.3 - 18.8 lb-ft)




3. Disconnect the connectors (A) and hose (B).

4. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Rear Seat Frame Replacement [6:4]
1. Remove the rear seat assembly.
2. Disconnect the connector (A).




3. Loosen the duct mounting screws, then remove the duct (A).




4. After loosening the mounting bolts and nuts, then remove the rear seat frame (A).

Tightening torque :
Bolt : 16.7 - 25.5 N.m (1.7 - 2.6 kgf.m, 12.3 - 18.8 lb-ft)
Nut : 12.7 - 18.6 N.m (1.3 - 1.9 kgf.m, 9.4 - 13.7 lb-ft)




5. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Rear Seat Frame Replacement [5:5]
1. Remove the rear seat assembly.
2. Disconnect the connectors (A) and duct (B).

3. Remove the duct (A).




4. After loosening the mounting bolts and nuts, then remove the rear seat frame (A).

Tightening torque :
Bolt : 16.7 - 25.5 N.m (1.7 - 2.6 kgf.m, 12.3 - 18.8 lb-ft)
Nut : 12.7 - 18.6 N.m (1.3 - 1.9 kgf.m, 9.4 - 13.7 lb-ft)




5. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Leg Support Replacement [5:5]
1. Remove the rear seat cushion.
2. Disconnect the connector (B).
3. After loosening the mounting bolts and nuts, then remove the leg support (A).




4. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Armrest Replacement [6:4]
1. Remove the rear seat.
2. Loosen the armrest mounting screws and nuts.




3. Remove the wiring clips (A).




4. After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the armrest under cover.




5. Disconnect the connectors (A).




6. After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the cup holder (A).




7. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Rear Head Rest Replacement
1. Remove the rear seat.
2. Loosen the mounting bolts, remove the motor assembly (A).
3. Remove the head rest (B).




4. Installation is the reverse of removal.
