Terminal and Connector Inspection

1. Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness(es) and terminals. Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
2. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
3. Has a problem been found?






Power Circuit Inspection

1. IG "ON" & ENG "OFF"
2. Measure the power voltage of "Front Center Right Sensor". (FBWS side)

Specification :Approx. 8 V




3. Is the signal output normal?





Ground Inspection
1. IG "ON" & ENG "OFF"
2. Measure the power voltage of "Front Center Right Sensor". (FBWS side).

Specification :Approx. 8 V




3. Is the signal output normal?





TX, RX line of front center right sensor check
1. KEY "OFF"
2. Disconnect FBWS unit and front center right sensor connector.
3. Measure resistance of TX, RX line between FBWS unit and front center right sensor harness connector.

Specification :Approx. 1 Ohms




4. Is measured value normal?
