Component inspection

Height sensor linkage checking.
1. Check the separation or faulty assemblage of linkage of heightsensor with the vehicle lifted.
2. Has the problem found ?.





Height sensor Inspection
1. Engine "ON" and Head lamp"ON"
2. Lift the vehicle.
3. Disconnect the linkage of height sensor.
4. Monitor the ""Height sensor"" parameter on the GDS while moving linkage vertically.

Specification :Output value is changed according to changing of linkage.





* REFERENCE*
Perform the initializing after replace "Height sensor"
* Vehicle condition
(1) Park at lever land
(2) Vehicle speed ≤ 5km/h
(3) Engine r.p.m > 500rpm
(4) Connect GDS
(5) CAN communication is normal status
(6) Battery voltage > 10.5V
(7) Headlamp S/W ON, AFLS ON
1 Calibration








2 Clear "DTC"
3 Confirm the Headlamp movement through the Actuation Test




4 Confirm the "DTC" and "Service data"
