General Description

The ECM provides a 5 volt reference voltage to Throttle Position Sensor 1 (TPS1). The ECM monitors reference voltage deviation from the power supply circuit of the sensors.

DTC Description

ECM monitors the voltage of the 5V reference power supply every 1.87 seconds, under conditions for setting DTC. If the ECM detects the value within these conditions lasts for more than 0.2 seconds, the ECM sets a P0641 DTC.
