Terminal and Connector Inspection

1. Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness and terminals.
Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
2. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
3. Has a problem been found?






Signal Circuit Inspection

1. IG KEY "OFF"
2. Disconnected a microphone connector.
3. IG KEY "ON"
4. Measure waveform between terminal (+) of a microphoneee circuit and chasis gound.

Specification :about 7.8V




5. Is the measured value within specifications?






Check for short circuit

1. IG KEY "OFF"
2. Disconnected connectors of a microphone.
3. IG KEY "ON"
4. Measure waveform between terminal (+) of a microphone circuit and chassis ground.
5. Measure waveform between terminal (+) of a microphone circuit and terminal (-) of a microphone circuit.

Specification :check 1 - check 2= under 200mV








6. Is the measured waveform within specifications?
