Terminal and Connector Inspection

1. Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness and terminals.
Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
2. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
3. Has a problem been found?






Signal Circuit Inspection

Signal Circuit Inspection
1. IG KEY "ON", Engine "ON".
2. Run the navigation.
3. Disconnect the connector of roof antenna.
4. Check the voltage of disconnected connector of roof antenna.

Specification :About 12V




5. Is the measured waveform within specifications?






Communication circuit inspection

1. IG KEY "OFF"
2. Disconnect the connector of roof antenna.
3. Disconnect the connector of Head unit.
4. Measure resistance between the connector of roof antenna and connector of Head unit.

Specification :0Ohms




5. Is the measured resistance within specifications?
