Repair procedures

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the air duct and air cleaner assembly.

2. Disconnect the over flow hose (A) from the filler neck.




3. Remove the engine room under cover.
4. Disconnect the cooling fan connector (A).




5. Remove the cooling fan (A).

Tightening torque :
4.9 - 7.8N.m (0.5 - 0.8kgf.m, 3.6 - 5.8lb-ft)




6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
