Repair Procedures

Replacement

1. Remove the air cleaner (A).




2. Loosen the nut and then remove the air filter (A).




3. Remove the front bumper.

4. Remove the left head light.

5. Disconnect the all connectors.




6. Remove the mounting bolt, pressure hose (A), return hose (B).

Tightening torque :
44.1 - 58.8N.m (4.5 - 6.0kgf.m, 32.5 - 43.4lb-ft)




7. Installation is the reverse of the removal.
