SERVICE INFORMATION

Infiniti vehicles have been built with two different types of EVAP canister vent control valves depending on the vehicle's date of manufacture. Each type of EVAP vent control valve must be used with a matching EVAP canister for proper operation of the OBD-II EVAP system.

SERVICE PROCEDURE





If replacement of either the EVAP canister or EVAP canister vent control valve becomes necessary, use the information in Figure 1 to ensure the correct parts are installed on the vehicle.
