Symptom 2: The ICC System Cannot Be Set (ON/OFF Switch Turns On/Off).

The ICC cannot be set in the following cases.
- When the vehicle speed is not in range of approx. 25 MPH (40 km/h) to 90 MPH (144 km/h).
- When the A/T selector lever is in gears other than 'D'.
- While the brake is in operation.
