Symptom 3: The ICC System Cannot Be Operated by the CANCEL Switch, ACCEL/RES Switch, or DISTANCE Switch.

RESUME does not function in the following cases:
- When ON/OFF switch is turned off once.
- When the vehicle speed is less than 25 MPH (40 km/h).
