Step 6: Install New Torque Member Kits.

NOTE:
This step is for vehicles with the old torque member version (see Step 5).





A. Install the new Torque Members with new Torque Member Bolts (see Figure 4).

^ Torque members and torque member bolts are included in the Torque Member Kit listed in the Parts Information.

IMPORTANT:

> Make sure the torque members are installed on the correct side. They are marked "L" for left side (driver side) and "R" for right side (passenger side).

> Make sure you use the new torque member anchor bolts. Do not reuse the old ones.

^ Tighten torque member bolts to 210 Nm (21 kg-m ft-lb).
