Removal and Installation

REMOVAL
1. Remove the rear door finisher.
2. Remove the rear door inside seal.





3. Remove the power window switch finisher bracket (1) fixing bolts (B) and then remove the bracket.
4. Disconnect the rear door speaker harness connector (A).
5. Remove the sealing screen with a cutter tool.

NOTE: Cut the butyl-tape so that some parts of the butyl-tape do not remain on the sealing screen, if the sealing screen is reused.





6. Remove the TORX bolt fixing the corner piece assembly lower side to the door panel as shown in the figure with tool (A).
7. Remove partially the door side weather strip, then remove both screws fixing the corner piece assembly (1) upper side to the door panel as show in the figure with a screwdriver (A).





8. Remove the corner piece assembly from the glass upper side.
9. Reconnect the rear door power window switch.





10. Operate the power window switch to raise/lower the door window until the glass mounting bolts can be seen.
11. Remove the rear door glass mounting bolts.





12. Remove the rear door glass from inside or outside of door panel.

INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal.
