BACK DOOR HINGE : Removal and Installation


REMOVAL
1. Remove luggage side lower finisher and luggage side upper finisher. Refer to Removal and Installation.
2. Using a remover tool, remove headlining clip at the rear side of headlining, and then remove rear side of headlining. Refer to Service and Repair.
3. Remove back door assembly. Refer to Removal and Installation.
4. Remove back door hinge mounting nuts (body side), and then remove back door hinge.

INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
- Check back door hinge rotating part for poor lubrication. If necessary, apply body grease.
- After installation, check back door open/close, lock/unlock operation.
- After installation, perform the fitting adjustment. Refer to Adjustments.
- After installation, perform the camera image calibration. Refer to Navigation (Single Monitor) Navigation (Single Monitor), "CALIBRATING CAMERA
IMAGE (AROUND VIEW MONITOR) : Special Repair Requirement" (single monitor) or Navigation (Twin Monitor) (twin monitor).
