INTRODUCTION

Infiniti is conducting a Voluntary Service Campaign on certain specific four-wheel-drive 2010 QX56 vehicles manufactured from December 23, 2009 through February 5, 2010 to inspect the front propeller shaft and replace it, if necessary. The front propeller shaft yoke on some of the affected vehicles may have been manufactured out of specification.

IDENTIFICATION NUMBER

Infiniti has assigned identification number PC037 to this campaign. This number must appear on all communications and documentation of any nature dealing with this campaign.

DEALER RESPONSIBILITY

Dealers are to repair vehicles falling within range of this campaign that enter the service department. This includes vehicle purchased from private parties, vehicle presented by transient (tourists) owners, and vehicles in a dealer's inventory.
