Intake Door Motor

POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT:_:INTAKE DOOR MOTOR





Diagnosis Procedure
1.CHECK INTAKE MODE DOOR MOTOR POWER SUPPLY
1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Check voltage between intake mode door motor harness connector and ground.





Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 2.
NO - GO TO 4.
2.CHECK INTAKE MODE DOOR MOTOR GROUND CIRCUIT
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect intake mode door motor connector.
3. Check continuity between intake mode door motor harness connector and ground.





Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 3.
NO - Repair harness or connector.
3.CHECK INSTALLATION OF INTAKE MODE DOOR MOTOR CONTROL LINKAGE
Check intake mode door motor control linkage is properly installed. Door Motor.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - Replace intake mode door motor. Intake Door Motor Removal And Installation.
NO - Repair or replace malfunctioning part.
4.CHECK INTAKE MODE DOOR MOTOR POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect intake mode door motor connector and A/C auto amp. connector.
3. Check continuity between intake mode door motor harness connector and A/C auto amp. harness connector.





Is the inspection result normal?
YES - Replace A/C auto amp.. Service and Repair.
NO - Repair harness or connector.
