BACK DOOR HINGE : Removal and Installation


REMOVAL

1.Remove luggage side lower finisher and luggage side upper finisher. Removal And Installation.
2.Using a remover tool, remove headlining clip at the rear side of headlining, and then remove rear side of headlining. Removal And Installation.
3.Remove back door assembly. Removal and Installation.
4.Remove back door hinge mounting nuts (body side), and then remove back door hinge.

INSTALLATION

Note the following items, and then install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
- After installation, perform the fitting adjustment. Adjustments.
- Perform initialization setting of automatic back door system. Work Procedure.
- After installation, check back door open/close, lock/unlock operation.
- Check back door hinge rotating part for poor lubrication. If necessary, apply body grease.
- After installation, perform the camera image calibration. Work Procedure.
