VEHICLE SECURITY SYSTEM CAN NOT BE SET

DOOR KEY CYLINDER : Diagnosis Procedure


1. CHECK POWER DOOR LOCK SYSTEM (DOOR KEY CYLINDER)

Lock/unlock door with door key cylinder.
System Description.
Is the operation normal?
YES- GO TO 2.
NO- Check power door lock system (door key cylinder). Door Does Not Lock/Unlock With Door Key Cylinder Operation.

2. CHECK HOOD SWITCH

Check hood switch. Hood Switch.
Is the inspection normal?
YES- GO TO 3.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

3. CONFIRM THE OPERATION

Confirm the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES- Check intermittent incident. Intermittent Incident.
NO- GO TO 1.
