INTELLIGENT KEY IS REMOVED FROM KEY SLOT : Diagnosis Procedure


1. CHECK KEY SLOT

Check key slot.
Refer to "Component Function Check" Key Slot.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 2.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

2. CHECK COMBINATION METER DISPLAY

Check combination meter display.
Refer to "Component Function Check" Combination Meter Display Function.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 3.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

3. CHECK INSIDE KEY ANTENNA

Check inside key antenna.
Refer to "DTC Logic" B2621 (instrument center).
Refer to "DTC Logic" B2623 (luggage room).
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 4.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

4. CHECK KEY SLOT ILLUMINATION

Check key slot illumination.
Refer to "Component Function Check" Key Slot Indicator.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 5.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

5. CONFIRM THE OPERATION

Confirm the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES- Check intermittent incident. Refer to "Intermittent Incident" Intermittent Incident.
NO- GO TO 1.
