Door Mirror Does Not Operate

DOOR MIRROR DOES NOT OPERATE

Diagnosis Procedure


1. CHECK AUTOMATIC DRIVE POSITIONER SYSTEM

Check door mirror operate with automatic drive positioner system.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 2.
NO- Check automatic drive positioner system operation. Refer to "AUTOMATIC DRIVE POSITIONER SYSTEM : System Diagram" System Diagram

2. CHECK DOOR MIRROR REMOTE CONTROL SWITCH (MIRROR SWITCH)

Check mirror switch.
Refer to "MIRROR SWITCH : Component Function Check" Component Function Check
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 3.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

3. CHECK DOOR MIRROR REMOTE CONTROL SWITCH (CHANGE OVER SWITCH)

Check change over switch.
Refer to "CHANGE OVER SWITCH : Component Function Check" Component Function Check
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 4.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

4. CONFIRM THE OPERATION

Confirm the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES- Check intermittent incident. Refer to "Intermittent Incident" Intermittent Incident
NO- GO TO 1.
