Diagnosis Procedure

Regarding Wiring Diagram information, refer to "Wiring Diagram" Telematics System (Bose Audio w/o Surround Sound)
or "Wiring Diagram" Telematics System (Bose Audio with Surround Sound).

1. CHECK ECALL SW CIRCUIT CONTINUITY

1.Turn ignition switch OFF.
2.Disconnect TCU connector M47 and telematics switch connector.
3.Check the continuity between TCU connector M47 and ground.





Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 2.
NO- Repair or replace harness or connectors.

2. CHECK TELEMATICS SWITCH

Check continuity between telematics switch terminals.





Is the inspection result normal?
YES- Replace TCU. Refer to "Removal and Installation" Service and Repair.
NO- Replace telematics switch.
