REAR CAMERA IMAGE SIGNAL CIRCUIT

Diagnosis Procedure

Regarding Wiring Diagram information, refer to "Wiring Diagram" With Surround Sound.

1. CHECK REAR CAMERA IMAGE SIGNAL CIRCUIT CONTINUITY

1.Turn ignition switch OFF.
2.Disconnect around view monitor control unit connector M97 and rear camera connector D511.
3.Check continuity between around view monitor control unit connector M97 and rear camera connector
D511.





4.Check continuity between around view monitor control unit connector M97 and ground.





Is inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 2.
NO- Repair or replace harness or connectors.

2. CHECK REAR CAMERA IMAGE SIGNAL

1.Connect around view monitor control unit connector M97 and rear camera connector D511.
2.Turn ignition switch ON.
3.Check signal between around view monitor control unit connector M97 terminals.





Is inspection result normal?
YES- Replace around view monitor control unit. Refer to "Removal and Installation" With Surround Sound.
NO- Replace rear camera. Refer to "Removal and Installation" With Surround Sound.
