POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT

INTAKE DOOR MOTOR : Diagnosis Procedure

Regarding Wiring Diagram information, refer to "Wiring Diagram" [1][2]Electrical Diagrams.

1. CHECK INTAKE MODE DOOR MOTOR POWER SUPPLY

1.Turn ignition switch ON.
2.Check voltage between intake mode door motor harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 2.
NO- GO TO 4.

2. CHECK INTAKE MODE DOOR MOTOR GROUND CIRCUIT

1.Turn ignition switch OFF.
2.Disconnect intake mode door motor connector.
3.Check continuity between intake mode door motor harness connector and ground.





Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 3.
NO- Repair harness or connector.

3. CHECK INSTALLATION OF INTAKE MODE DOOR MOTOR

Check intake mode door motor is properly installed. Refer to "Exploded View Front Door Motors" Exploded View - Front Door Motors.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- Replace intake mode door motor. Refer to "INTAKE DOOR MOTOR : Removal and Installation" Intake Door Motor.
NO- Repair or replace malfunctioning part.

4. CHECK INTAKE MODE DOOR MOTOR POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

1.Turn ignition switch OFF.
2.Disconnect intake mode door motor connector and A/C auto amp. connector.
3.Check continuity between intake mode door motor harness connector and A/C auto amp. harness connector.





Is the inspection result normal?
YES- Replace A/C auto amp. Refer to "Removal and Installation" Removal and Installation.
NO- Repair harness or connector.
