Door Key Cylinder Switch Does Not Operate Power Windows

DOOR KEY CYLINDER SWITCH DOES NOT OPERATE POWER WINDOWS

Diagnosis Procedure


1. PERFORM INITIALIZATION PROCEDURE

Initialization procedure is performed and operation is confirmed.
Refer to "Work Procedure" Work Procedure.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- Inspection End.
NO- GO TO 2.

2. CHECK FRONT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY LH (DOOR KEY CYLINDER SWITCH)

Check front door lock assembly LH (door key cylinder switch).
Refer to "Component Function Check" Door Key Cylinder Switch.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 3.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

3. CONFIRM THE OPERATION

Confirm the operation again.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- Check intermittent incident. Refer to "Intermittent Incident" Intermittent Incident.
NO- GO TO 1.
