DRIVING FORCE IS HUNTING

Description

The vehicle causes hunting when the ICC system is active.


Diagnosis Procedure


1. PERFORM SELF-DIAGNOSIS OF ECM

1.Perform "All DTC Reading" with CONSULT.
2.Check if the DTC is detected in self-diagnosis results of "ENGINE". Refer to "DTC Index" Testing and Inspection (For
USA and Canada) or "DTC Index" Testing and Inspection (For Mexico).
Is any DTC detected?
YES- GO TO 3.
NO- GO TO 2.

2. CHECK ICC SENSOR BODY WINDOW

1.Check the vehicle driving conditions. Refer to "Description" Frequently Cannot Detect the Vehicle Ahead / Detection Zone Is Short.
2.Check the ICC sensor body window for contamination, foreign materials, or cracks. Refer to "Diagnosis Procedure" Frequently Cannot Detect the Vehicle Ahead / Detection Zone Is Short.
- INSPECTION END

3. REPAIR OR REPLACE MALFUNCTIONING PARTS

Repair or replace malfunctioning parts identified by the self-diagnosis result.
- GO TO 4.

4. CHECK ICC SYSTEM

1.Erase the self-diagnosis results, and then perform "All DTC Reading" again after performing the action test. (Refer to "Description" Description for action test.)
2.Check that the ICC system is normal.
- INSPECTION END
