CORRECTIONS TO P'UP WORKSHOP MANUALS

SERVICE INFORMATION

The following corrections apply to the P'up Workshop Manuals listed below.

1983 P'UP WORKSHOP MANUAL PAGE 9A-11 FIGURE 9A-28




The designation 1 and 2 are reversed in figure 9A-28. The correct designations are:

A change has been made to the thickness specification listed in Step (5). Step
(5) should read:

(5) Measure the dimensions 1 and 2 between clutch surface and retainer surface to make sure that the shim selection is correct. If 1 minus 2 is larger than 0.7m (0.028 in.), the thickness of shims are proper.

Items numbered 2 and 19 on the figure shown on page 18D-34 are not part of the rocker arm assembly and should be deleted. The reassembly order should be modified to eliminate items 2 and 19.
