SERVICE INFORMATION

This bulletin describes the proper procedure for reattaching loose weatherstrip pieces.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

1. Remove any remaining double-sided tape from the weatherstrip and door mounting surfaces.
2. Clean any dust or moisture from the door mounting surfaces.

3. Apply a thin coat of 3M Brand Super Weatherstrip Adhesive or equivalent (black in color) to both the weatherstrip and the door mounting surface. Allow this coat of adhesive to dry.

4. Apply a second thin coat of adhesive to the weatherstrip and immediately put it in position on the door. Apply pressure to the weatherstrip.
