Clutch: Service and Repair

1. Raise vehicle and remove transmission.
2. Mark relationship between clutch assembly and flywheel to aid assembly.
3. Gradually loosen the six clutch cover to flywheel attaching bolts until spring pressure is released.
4. Support clutch pressure plate and cover assembly with a dummy shaft, then remove the attaching bolts and clutch assembly.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Torque clutch attaching bolts to 13 ft. lbs.
